How the Points System Works
The Leaderboard highlights top vendors by points earned each semester. Points are automatically assigned based on performance, ensuring a fair and transparent ranking system.

✅ Only Valid Points Count
Points from canceled or refunded bookings are automatically invalidated and deducted. This maintains the integrity of the leaderboard and ensures rankings reflect actual service quality.
