it started with a manicure.
College me loved a little luxury. My bank account? Not as much.
I wanted the nails, the blowout, the trainer, the tutor — all the things that make college feel a little more livable. Off-campus salons were expensive, far, and never on a student schedule.
And meanwhile, students on my own campus could do all of it.
then came a class project.
I pitched a student-to-student marketplace in my marketing class — a place where you could book the girl who does nails in her dorm, the tutor two floors down, the photographer on your quad. When I asked who would actually use it —

so I built it.
